'Tis the season...
Pardon my rant, I promise good things below!
Normally it's 'Tis the Season of giving right? I swear this year it's the season of "Me Me Me". I'm such a giving person. I give away many items on my Facebook page, I give "freebies" to frequent customers and I actively promote other small businesses (Even other jewelry designers!). I guess it just rubs me the wrong way when people (any time of year but especially this time of year) are all about themselves.
And another thing that really frosts my (excuse the language) nipples, is customer service. Or should I say lack of. I understand stores (both online and brick & mortar) are busy this time of year. But should that give them the right to offer crappy service? I don't expect online merchants to get back to me that same day, but at least try to get back to me with 24-48 hours. I ask a question because I WANT to PURCHASE your products, but need to clarify before hand to make sure the item fits my needs. And I won't even get into the customer service at Wal-Mart!
Ok, my rant is now over so I'll get onto the good things!
